If you have placed an order with DMD and you have a question about it asking it on this forum, or sending a PM to any member (James, Admin, etc...) is NOT THE CORRECT way to go about asking your question. James has multiple accounts, and doesn't always log into each account on a regular basis.

This same link is easily available from the main page of DMD. It is listed in the menu as "Contact Us". In most cases we reply to emails in about 24 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays.

You can also call the phone number that is available from the page (hours are listed).

ALSO...there is the option of live chat which is easily available from the left hand side of the screen. If someone is available to chat it will tell you that we are online.
