PostSubject: Arizona's Immigration Law   Sun Jul 11, 2010 8:58 pm

Something I really don't understand about this law, why are so many against this law?

I have heard so many times that many people believe that Arizona's Law is going to lead to "Racial Profiling", but we all know that is obvious BS. From some of the radio shows out there, I heard on a few that the illegal immigrants coming into the US are actually Middle-Eastern, not Hispanic.

The other part is, the President of Mexico has extremely strict Immigration Laws that could put illegals in prison and all that jazz, yet nobody says anything about Mexico, then the President has the audacity to side with Obama in trying to get rid of Arizona's Immigration Law.

I'm just interested in who all is for or against this law, since with Arizona taking action (thanks to Obama's lies and lack of doing anything to stop the illegal immigration), it seems like this whole debacle may spark another civil war in the US.

I don't think there are that many people against it, except the illegals and Businessmen /Coporations that make a lot of Increased Profits on lowering wages via Hiring illegals.

I really hope you are correct. You probably are, but as it always goes, the minority are the ones with the loudest voices. Add to the fact that the media is constantly showing this thing as bad and horrid is really getting to me. Part of this whole thing is, States like California are going bankrupt because they give the illegals a free ride, then Arizona does something to stop that from being it's fate, and then our Government is attacking/challenging the state for trying to protect it's people!?!?!

This whole situation is why I rarely will ever get involved in politics.

I do know some citizens are personally against it calling it racist and the news show off of people protesting, even to the point where companies will not do business in Arizona anymore via protesting. I just don't understand what the hell our Government does anymore.

If only I knew how to speak German lol. Kind of disappointing since we are both German. In fact, both of my families ancestry goes back there. My Dad's went to USA while my Mom's stayed in Germany. By the end of the night though, we went through the proper process to become citizens.

I admit I need to check out your' band.

well.. maybe it's time to immigrate back! But yea. Germany is SUPER strict on immigration.. so it ain't easy. But there are ways. If I have to be an illegal there for awhile .. that's ok too.. you can always go hang out in one of the Dutch Countries, worse case scenario. they are way less strict on immigrants. As long as you have job there. they will let you stay.

I am mexican and for this law. Though my mom, who is an immigrant, thinks it's racist. And actually Ash, it seems more like the governing structures that be are more against the law than these phantom corporations you speak of. Though I would sooner hire illegals to do roofing on my house than Americans. Coz illegals did a daaaaamn good job in less than a day.

Arizon as a State is only doing what the federal government should be doing and that is securing our boarders the bottom line is that. This is a politcial because the democrats are hoping that by allowing the illegals to stay ,they can make them citizens and therefore get their vote. The whole system is wack and needs to be reformed!

Nah. I think some think that, but I think that a lot of people genuinely believe this to be racist. It's just that they misunderstand the law because of the way politicians and the media misrepresent it.

Once you understand that the US does not operate "for the peole".. but rather for " the money" .. and for the top dollar businessmen.. that you will understand all of these issues completely. And all the "why's" get answered.

The immigration problem doesn't get dealt with cause it is good for the aristocratic class. Cheap labor.. lower the price of overall labor.. and create a new slavery class. I can guarantee you those three points are in the action plans of many an executive.. but well hidden.

This is simply the fruition of the American experiment in "free market' Capitalism. The only Rule is too make as much profit as one can. How you do it is not of concern.. or whether or not you are concerned at all with Nationalism or Culture or Comradeship to fellow citizens.

The only comradeship that exists is too fellow Aristocrats.

And Presidents are not in charge.. nor Congress. Those who finance them are.

But they are percieved as racist. Just not in California, where you live. I used to live their too, so I know too.

BTW, I am not a fan of La Raza, despite my heritage.

Fictional conspiracy bs or not, there actually is much truth to what Ash is saying. Why else do you think with the way our government is, you could end up in prison for mere months on multiple manslaughter charges, but then you could get years in prison instantly because you have a little bit of marijuana on you?

I forgot who said it, but this person said that the government gives a damn about the people's safety, and it's true.

When you really look at our laws and who gets what punishment for doing this or that, Ash is really correct on the issue to be honest.

I forgot to mention though, another example. All weed does is get people high, yet with alcohol, drunk driving and killing anyone? But it's the weed that is illegal and the alcohol that is legal.

With that being said, if a person murders a pregnant woman, he is charged with 2 murder charges, yet Obama is trying to help create and fund abortion clinics, which does the exact same thing the murderer did, but the "mothers" and "doctors" get off scotch free.

One experiment I do wish to see happen (but obviously won't happen), is all those drugs people smuggle become legal and sold for cheap in stores (above 21 of course). I hear that would actually get rid of a lot of the illegal activities with the gang members, and in addition to that, curb much of the prisons becoming as overcrowded as they are, due to stuff like marijuana being illegal.

I know I'm speaking about drugs here, but I still got the horror stories of the illegal drug cartel people from Mexico (may or may not be hispanic so not racist here) where in them stealing our money, are also murdering the US citizens in the process and they don't care. If the drugs were legal, that may almost single-handedly really drive away gang related activity since it would destroy their market. So, the question is, with a rise in gang activities in these places, why don't they experiment and try legalizing it?

(Note, I'm personally against any form of drug or drug use at all sans medical, but will not hate others for doing said activity, just as long as it is not around me.)

wow. that was all over the place. But no, you won't get years for weed and months for murder. Unless your lawyer is just that shitty.

BTW, I am all for weed legalization.

here is my two cents. i was a hammerskin for 8 years. if it was back then i would have said all races outside of my own could choke and die and stay the hell out of my country. today i would say they are welcome imo. its not our country anyways. it was stolen from the indians no matter how you look at it. the united states is corrupt and twisted so who really cares what goes on here anyways. if your foolish enough to think your opinion matters then i feel sorry for you if your not rich in the united states you are nothing. but point is no matter how its cut if you come here you need to live here legally. and for the record i despise the united states. if i had any option to move anywhere else i would. it shames me to be apart of this nation and it makes me sad that i have to raise my kids here. and yes i just said that. so what.

Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Well, not in Mexico.

I think when I get out of the Navy, I will go back to Japan and die there. Or Israel. Israel's cool.
