| I don't understand how joking about someone dying, means wishing them dead.
They are not the same thing to me. _________________ | Kamerad Ash wrote: | | What point if that nation id Everyone's nation who can manage to get to it? |

Gotta point out the false implication of God "wishing" someone to be dead. Wishing is asking for something that you are currently incapable of doing or obtaining. Nothing is outside God's reach. If He wants something done, He makes it happen.
Back to the original question: Answer is yes and no.
Yes, because President Obama is sinning against Him by endorsing policies that tell you it is okay to violate biblical principles. He is also on the record as being a blasphemer. God hates sin, and His character DEMANDS that President Obama (as well as the entire human race) die and go to Hell for its sin.
No, primarily because of the Gospel. Obama should be sent to Hell this instant (as well as all of us), but in His mercy through Christ, He is able to forgo it until such a time where His patience and mercy with President Obama runs out regarding his sin.
EDIT: Am I saying President Obama is saved? Based on his fruits, I can stand with reasonable belief that he is not saved. However, the Gospel works with all of the world, even though it will save few (Matthew 7), in that, through it, God's wrath against man is able to be restrained until such a time when either a person dies, or He returns to judge the world of its deeds. |
